The hotel's modern architecture and safe surroundings, free from bike or car noise, provide a tranquil oasis. My room was equipped with a flat-screen TV that had a solid selection of channels, perfect for catching the Euro's match. The breakfast was decent but not exceptional, kind of like a warm cup of tea-comforting yet nothing to rave about. On the practical side, the free Wi-Fi and air conditioning added to my convenience, along with an iron and laundry facilities which I found handy after long days exploring the local landscapes. While the Sunflower offers a decent stay for those looking for comfort and security, potential guests should weigh the amenities against the price. You might find cozier, more value-packed options in the heart of the Irish countryside.
